The use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions as listed below. Your use of this website and any purchase order made indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Siesta Home reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
By ordering or registering on Siesta Home you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by emailing hellosiestahome@gmail.com and we will remove you from any marketing communications.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, Siesta Home will refund the customer for that item.
Siesta home offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. However, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently our delivery times are subject to change.  Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy advance payment orders that receive priority.

Prices are subject to change without notice, if the applicable currency exchange rate changes.

All transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Siesta Home product.

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 365 days. The product must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags.All items returned within 30 days can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund. For items returned to us between 30 and 365 days only a store credit or exchange can be made. If exchanging, once your package is received, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items, unless specified by us.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for any items lost in transit, so registered post is recommended!
Please note: There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on SALE items. Siesta Home does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as 'delivered'

Only one voucher valid for use per transaction. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in the same transaction.

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, we are unable to guarantee that a follow up email by yourself will be read prior to dispatch. Siesta Home takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

If we process your email before goods have been dispatched, Siesta Home can accommodate order cancellations. However due to fast order processing and dispatch times we cannot guarantee that a cancellation email will be processed prior to order dispatch. If items have been shipped, Siesta Home reserves the right to refuse an order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to successfully request the return of the package from our delivery service.

The delivery times provided by Siesta Home are estimates only as provided by our shippers. Siesta Home will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Orders claimed as NOT DELIVERED to you must be made within 7 days of the normal delivery time to your address. NOT DELIVERED claims will not be processed after 42 days from the date of invoice.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Siesta Home reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.
Special return offers apply to individuals only.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in the original condition with the original tags attached.
Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
Returns must be made within the time frame listed on the returns page unless faulty.
Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Siesta Home will not pay to return these items to you.
